Data is a vital component in modern business, talent is in demand and the role data and analytical professionals have to play in organisations and our society now and in future years is key.  Whilst technical development for these specialists is a well trodden path, supporting them outside technical skillsets is not as common.  This experiential Development Programme has been created to help people improve their performance outside their technical skillset and as such make them more powerful themselves, in your organisation and in business and society generally.

COMMERCIAL SPECIALIST DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

This programme is targeted at developing people who work with clients in a commercial role. Sales people, commercial consultants and account directors all rely on excepetional relationships to be successful in business. We work with your talent on their personal development to improve their own performance and the performance of your business. Through use of EQ-i 2.0 we can assess individual performance in specific areas of Emotional Intelligence proven to be key to the success of commercial people. North Peak was founded by Ade Lingard, an experienced board executive, business leader and coach. Ade is a European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) Accredited Coach/Mentor at Practitioner level and holds a Diploma in Transformational Coaching awarded by Catalyst 14. As a member of the EMCC our development programmes operate under their standards and ethics. Ade is also a certified assessor of Emotional Intelligence using EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360, a leading reliable and valid assessment from Multi-Health Systems and an authorised partner and user of Insightful Edge, a leading 360 degree feedback tool.

In August 2021 we started to ask the coachees we work with to score our programmes, building a good volume of feedback by the end of that year. Those scores are updated here every six months as more feedback is received. The scores are included below for your information along with the date they were last updated on our website.
