During Q4 2021, we conducted some light research on leaders in Data & Analytics across Risk, Marketing, Insight, and Engineering.

The research asked questions around:

• Key issues leaders faced

• Current leadership capability

• Coaching support provided to leaders

We considered this research may be useful in helping leaders to see how their own challenges, capability and support compare to others in the current times.

The survey was targeted at experienced senior leaders rather than all levels of management and experience. Therefore, the 21 responses provide high quality directional insight across diverse businesses rather than high volume statistically valid results.
